MOQ in Walnut Creek

RCSWC MOQ Q2 ….is Renald Mesina, Hotel Sales Manager.
As the economy slipped and travel went into a steady decline, all hotels were forced to lower expectations. In Walnut Creek we did the same thing….except for in the market segments that Renald manages. A victim of his own success, Renald’s goals remained high over the last three years. Each year he has risen to the occasion and found new and creative solutions, and has continued to network within the community to find the groups to fill the nights.

Renald supports the property in many ways. He rarely misses an event set-up or a fitness center cleaning party. During the conversion to ‘Compete” he regularly lends his support to the club desk and spa. Whenever Kevin is away Renald jumps in to back up membership sales.

This year, he will be joining Kevin Cabral, Ed Tomlin, and his counterpart in Aliso Viejo, Tiffany Olson, to unite the sales effort in both our hotels.
