Other news... Jarod Cogswell was asked by IHRSA to do a member retention seminar for the Japanese delegation coming to the convention. Jarod said his Japanese is a little rusty but he should be up to speed by March. If not he can use an interpreter.
...Steve, Erin, Dave, and I were up in Oregon on Tuesday to do a site visit and meet with Jarod and Jason. It was very impressive to see they already had their Superbowl party posters up and team jerseys displayed less than 48 hours after the teams finished the late game. This shows a huge commitment to social, and food and beverage programming at that property which we know differentiates us from other gyms and helps our member retention. Nice work team.
