Jarod Cogswell, Oregon General Manager, announced last Friday that Claire was their Manager of the Year. I don't have the opportunity to interact with Claire very much so I asked Jarod to send along his thoughts...The CSO culture demands teamwork, discipline and consistency... no individual players, allowed. Claire McGuire not only embraces the concept, she lives it out on a daily basis. Generally speaking, accounting people mostly work behind the scenes, but not Claire. As CSO's Accounting Supervisor, she can be found at her desk, but if not, she's probably conducting a Service Excellence Quickcheck, a club walkthrough, helping another manager with their numbers or pushing herself with a hard workout. With that said, Claire is very respected by her associates and peers.
Congratulations, Claire for being ClubSport Oregon's Manager of the Year! You deserve it.
