Have any of you worked out on the TRX traps we have in all out properties? I have just recently added that to my strength routine as a change of pace and I am really enjoying it. It's all body weight driven so you have a lot of control but the exercises are very challenging. They have a super cool website where people post challenges for others to do. The other day I did the Drew Brees Challenge - crushed it.
If you are looking for something that will challenge you but leave you with a sense of accomplishment I would encourage you to take a class at your property or talk to your Wellness Director about some options, Scott in ORG is a big time TRX guy. A small group is really fun because you can support and encourage each other or make fun of each other.
