A goofy thing I do to reduce calorie intake is to keep track of the calories I saved throughout the day either by passing on something or substituting. For example there were these huge, awesome looking, chocolate chip cookies in the office the other day. Using Nu Shape online that cookie was about 200 calories - boom 200 in my bank. You get a couple of those throughout the day and you can easily save yourself 500 calories. This is just a little positive twist on calorie counting that can help keep you on a healthy nutritional track.
