I just went through the August Member Survey numbers and I have a few good things to share. First Fremont broke their personal best mark going back to 2006 with a score of 8.21 out of 10. Fremont has scored above 8 for the last six months in a row.
Oregon is leading all properties with a 2009 average of 8.60 an improvement over last years strong score of 8.47. They have had the high score every year for the last three - a pretty remarkable feat.
Company wide we are at an 8.20, a full tenth of a point better than last year's 8.10. Every property is doing better than last year. Our members like you and they appreciate what you do. I attribute our improvements to you staying focused on our Savvy Service elements and the commitment to cleanliness we have in our properties. I think we can all agree we still have opportunity for improvement in both of these areas. Take a minute to think about what you and your team can do to push higher.
