Steve Ross is our martial arts instructor at the Aliso Viejo property. He recently learned he is going to be inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame. Laurie Smith gave me the heads up on this one and helped with the back ground information.
The nomination process is done by anonymous submission, Steve's background and accomplishments were evaluated and verified by the International Martial Arts Council of America and his induction was authorized by the International Grandmaster’s Council.
Their stringent induction process assures that candidates have met the highest standards of the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame, and that those who are accepted are among the “best of the best” in their chosen field.
It is the mission of the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame (USMAHOF) to recognize those martial artists that have made a profound difference in the martial arts world. Induction into the USMAHOF is one of the most coveted of all martial arts awards and is a most unique honor.
The award is being presented by Bruce Lee’s wife and daughter on July 30th in Nashville, TN.
