Shortly after I posted that Rob had won Manager of the Quarter in Fremont I received a copy of the below e mail from Jordan, a Sales Representative, to Rob. With Jordan's permission I am posting it here.
Hey Rob!
I just got off the phone with a young lady who gave you the best compliment. Her name was Mona and she said that she trained with you about 2 years ago at another gym. When she heard that you had come over to ClubSport she said that it must be an amazing Club if you’re here! She also said that she’s tried many trainers, but no one compared! She’s never been here before and has already committed to sign up with her family! Thanxs Rob!! I love a sale that doesn’t feel like “selling”!! Happy Friday!!
