The Yellow Signs

You may have seen the big yellow signs on the front doors of the Pleasanton, Fremont, and Valley Vista clubs. There has been no change in ownership at these three properties, just a routine estate planning transfer. Unfortunately the rules are very specific, the signs have to be posted on the front doors for 30 days. The clubs have not been sold and the management company, Leisure Sports, has not changed.
