I was copied on a letter sent to Ed Tomlin, the RCSWC General Manager for another 9 days, from John Kalinski the Regional VP for Marriott. He wrote to recognize the Walnut Creek team for outstanding Guest Satisfaction scores that rank them in the top tier of all Renaissance Hotels. Ed and his staff work very hard to make sure our hotel guests are made to feel very special when they stay with us. Congratulations to Ed and the Walnut Creek team for the great scores and the recognition.
