Scott Henderson, the Food and Beverage Director at ClubSport Oregon, was named Manager of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2009. He has worked very hard to improve the service and financial performance of the restaurant and deli and it shows in his year over year numbers.
Scott committed himself to diligent expense control and a streamlined operation by lowering inventory, reducing waste, and simplifying the menu.
