In May we broke our high score record for the member survey we conduct every month with a score of 8.38 out of 10. This year all the property scores are higher than last year's average indicating that generally members are happier with the club. The Oregon team holds the individual high score for the year with an 8.89. Thank you to all of you for making that happen.
Our third quarter big push is on question 4; The staff makes me feel welcomed, and question 5; Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
