The March Member Survey scores came in this week and I am happy to report we scored very well. Oregon led all clubs score with a score of 8.89 out of 10 with Valley Vista close behind with 8.86. Pleasanton and Walnut Creek both scored well above their 12 month average. A lot of associates work very hard to satisfy our members, and it is clear to me from these scores that we are making great progress. Thank you for the effort.
Generally speaking, the one area the members are asking us to do better in is the locker room. If all associates made a point of walking through the locker room and help out with clean up it would make a huge difference. Pick up a couple towels, close some lockers, wipe a sink counter or two - easy to do and can make a big difference.
