This week I will be going to the annual IHRSA convention in San Francisco. I have been going for about 23 years and I still look forward to it. I get to see all the new equipment coming out, make contact with vendors, and hear some interesting speakers.
This year Jarod Cogswell is leading a breakout session on retention, Travis Shannon is one of the featured speakers in the Technology Summit, and I am part of a small round table talking about all the cool Green things we did this year. Laurie Smith, as a IHRSA Board Member, is pretty much a big shot at the convention so she will be playing a prominent role.
I will report in next week and let you know about the cool stuff I saw.
