Congratulations to the Oregon team for scoring a 92.4% on the re-formatted 2009 audit. Laurie Smith and Erin Gilmour who conducted the audit, were very impressed with how well the Oregon team was prepared. Laurie mentioned to me that it was amazing how "on it" all the associates were. This year the audits are unannounced which makes the score even more impressive.
I did the Walkthrough the day before the audit and I thought the Club looked great.
