Try a Group Fit Class

Have you been to any of our Group Fit classes? If you haven't, now is a great time to try one out. There was a time when "aerobic" classes were just for girls, but not any more. Between cycle, the BTS classes, and all the rest there is a class out there for every athlete. (BTS is coming to RCSWC and Fremont in February)

Let me know what your favorite class is or who your favorite instructor is. If you try a class out let me know how it went.

The last class I took was a Yen Yoga class taught by Karen Baker. It was just a sample but I learned a few things I am now using in my regular routine.
